
Perry Gooch, President
Perry Gooch is a certified Master Gardner and a member of following
professional organizations; The Soil Science Society of American,
The Arizona and National Association of Environmental Professionals,
the Arizona Riparian Council. Perry is a corporate officer
of Global Organics LLC and is a board member of Gardening for
Humanity, BioGenesis Technologies and Applied Biotech Industries,
Inc. He has extensive experience in organic and sustainable
agriculture systems and has written training manuals and conducted
seminars on these subjects domestically and throughout the
world. Perry is in the process of completing his PhD in Environmental
Science with a specialty in Soil Ecology.

Liz Charles, Executive Director
Liz Charles is a practicing registered nurse and works within
the Charleston Educational System as a school nurse. She received
her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and International
Development from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She
is a mother of four, avid gardener, writer and proponent of
stewardship and health, Liz is working on an environmental
certificate in Sustainable Development at Harvard University.

Megan Hoybjerg, Director of Community Health Programs
Megan is a registered nurse and most recently worked as a pediatric
nurse at Loma Linda University Hospital in Loma Linda, California. She
received her Bachelor’s degree in Community Health from
Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and her Registered
Nursing Degree from Excelsior College. She has been continuing
her education towards her Masters in Nursing degree. Megan
has practical experience working with community health programs
in Scottsdale, Arizona and Salt Lake City, Utah.

J. Christopher Gooch, Attorney and Legal Consultant
J. Christopher Gooch is a practicing attorney and senior associate
for the Fennemore Craig law firm in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended
Claremont University in Pomona California where he graduated
with a B.A. degree in Economics and received his Juris Doctorate
degree from the University of Arizona.

Dr. Thomas Yamashita
CEO of Sunburst Plant Disease Clinic in Turlock, California and
Fusion 360, a natural fertilizer manufacture in California
Dr. Yamashita has a PhD in Plant Pathology and a PhD in Nutrition.
Prior to starting his own clinic and consulting practice, he
was a professor at Fresno State University.
Dr. Mitan Arya
CEO of Applied Biotech Industries in Belguim, Wisconsin
Dr.Arya has a PhD in Microbiology and a PhD in Mycology. Prior
to starting his own microbiology manufacturing facility, he was
director of research at Semico Industries in Wisconsin. He has
been a professor of microbiology at universities in India, Spain
and most recently at the University of Wisconsin. |
