Liz Charles is a consultant working with international policy organizations and social entrepreneurs. A graduate of Duke's MBA program, she has been heavily involved in Duke's USAID funded development lab - the Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator and Duke (SEAD). Liz is also a registered nurse, having received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and International Development from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She is a mother of four, avid gardener, writer and proponent of stewardship and health.

Megan Hoybjerg is a successful entrepreneur living and working with her family in Sacramento, California. Megan received her Bachelor's of Science degree from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and her Registered Nursing Degree from Excelsior College. Megan has worked with community based programs and entrepreneurs in Sacramento, California; Dallas, Texas; Scottsdale, Arizona and Salt Lake City, Utah. Megan is the mother of four, a dancer, marathon runner and expert party planner.

J. Christopher Gooch is a practicing attorney and partner at the Fennemore Craig law firm in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended
Claremont University in Pomona California where he graduated
with a B.A. degree in Economics and received his Juris Doctorate
degree from the University of Arizona.
Perry Gooch, Ph.D.,
Ph.D in Environmental AgroEcology and co-founder of GreenPlanet.Org
has acquired over 25 years of experience in the field of environmental agriculture. Dr. Gooch has authored several sustainable agriculture publications, developed a series of organic and sustainable agriculture training manuals, and presented to audiences all over the world. He is currently a member of the Soil Science Society of America, National Association of Environmental Professionals, American Society of Agronomy, Arizona Riparian Council and the Master Gardeners Association. As an international agriculture consultant, Dr. Gooch has conducted numerous agriculture training seminars, provided on-site technical support, and advised leading executives. Current and past clients include: Global Organics, American Agritech, Bioflora Ag, Huma Gro, The Toro Company, Green Planet Group, as well as many international distributors of organic and sustainable agriculture products.

Dr. Yamashita has a PhD in Plant Pathology and a PhD in Nutrition.
Prior to starting his own clinic and consulting practice, he
was a professor at Fresno State University.
Dr. Mitan Arya
CEO of Applied Biotech Industries in Belguim, Wisconsin
Dr.Arya has a PhD in Microbiology and a PhD in Mycology. Prior
to starting his own microbiology manufacturing facility, he was
director of research at Semico Industries in Wisconsin. He has
been a professor of microbiology at universities in India, Spain
and most recently at the University of Wisconsin.
